Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure complete discretion and security.
Processing & Tracking
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package ships.
Delivery
Shipping times vary by location, but we partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. If your order is delayed or you require special arrangements, please contact our support team.

Returns & Refunds
General Policy
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened, used, or shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. After reviewing your case, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Approval Required
All returns must be pre-approved by our team before being shipped back to us.
Order Accuracy & Address Verification
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Orders cannot be modified or redirected once submitted.
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, standard return policies and restocking fees may apply. For multi-unit buildings, Canada Post may issue a pickup notice if direct delivery isn’t possible.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM PST/PDT). If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it, though a processing fee may apply. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
If Lurien Lifestyle cancels your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
Shipping Rates
Orders over $99 CAD (subtotal before taxes and discounts) qualify for free standard shipping within Canada.
Remote or air-stage postal codes may require additional charges—we will notify you before shipping if this applies.
Your Privacy Matters
Discreet Shipping Labels
All packages are labeled simply as “Lurien.” Product names and details never appear on the shipping label.
Discreet Billing
On your bank or credit card statement, purchases will appear as Lurien with no item details shown.
Email Privacy
To protect your confidentiality, order confirmation emails do not include itemized product details—only your order number and purchase confirmation.
